Intellectual Property Rights

Publicity Rights

Unless you notify us in writing that you do not grant permission, you grant Famla a limited right to use your organization’s name and logo (“Customer Marks”) to identify you as a Famla customer on our website, presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and similar materials.

Famla will not disclose confidential information and will use Customer Marks solely for identification purposes.

You may revoke this permission at any time by notifying us in writing.

Disclaimers

Famla AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Famla does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famla AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of such damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you've paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Famla AI and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of Famla AI, or your breach of any applicable law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Famla AI immediately and without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity or misuse of the service
• Non-payment of applicable fees
• Breach of our Acceptable Use Policy

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in The Republic of Ireland.
